Rule 18
Arrangements for certificate of airworthiness
:
(1) The director general shall have the authority to issue the certificate of airworthiness (2) The format of the application for the certificate of airworthiness, the format of the certificate of airworthiness and other related procedures and details shall be as mentioned in the annex and manual.
(3) When applying in accordance with sub-rule (2), the airworthiness certificate fee shall be submitted as per schedule-1.
